Let's talk pelvic wellbeing

Because confidence starts from within.

Pregnancy, childbirth, hormonal changes and ageing can all affect pelvic floor muscle function. If you've noticed changes, you are far from alone.

At Cinch Clinic, our Pelvic Tighten & Tone treatment uses high-intensity focused electromagnetic (HIFEM) technology to stimulate pelvic floor muscle contractions while you remain seated and fully clothed.

Our friendly team will discuss your goals and assess whether this treatment is appropriate for you.

Your questions answered

Everything you want to know

Do I need to undress?

No. You remain fully clothed throughout your treatment.

Is the treatment invasive?

No. Pelvic Tighten & Tone uses electromagnetic stimulation delivered through a treatment chair. There are no injections or surgical procedures.

What does it feel like?

You may feel repeated pelvic muscle contractions or a tapping sensation. Your therapist will explain what to expect and check your comfort.

How many sessions will I need?

The recommended number of sessions depends on your goals, suitability and response. We offer a six-session package and will discuss a personalised plan at consultation.

Is everyone suitable?

No. Certain medical conditions and implanted electronic or metal devices may make electromagnetic treatment unsuitable. Pregnancy is also a contraindication. We carry out a screening consultation before treatment.

Will it treat bladder leakage?

Pelvic floor stimulation may be considered as part of pelvic wellbeing support, but results vary and it is not a guaranteed treatment for incontinence. Persistent or new urinary symptoms should be assessed by a qualified healthcare professional.
